GençBizz alumni share the experiences the program has given them:
"I was the General Manager of COover GençBizz Company, which gave me my first leadership experience when I was only in 10th grade and became Türkiye's 1st in 2024. I had the opportunity to be deeply involved in how a company operates and in entrepreneurship. I can say it was definitely a horizon-opening experience for someone who was only 16."
— Çağıl Taştemir, 2024
"Genç Başarı, thanks to the entrepreneurship education it provides at a young age and the professions it introduces, enables us to learn the professions we want and don't want to do."
— Feyyaz Ünal, 1999
"Genç Başarı, which I became part of in 2017, played a major role in establishing my own business thanks to the entrepreneurial skills it taught me and the network where I met my partners."
— Mert Şeftali, 2017
